Orders are sent through Australia Post. There is an Express Post option.

How Will My Order Be Packaged?

Each item of jewellery is placed in an organza or velvet bag. It is then sent through a tough padded envelope for extra protection. Sometimes it is also bubblewrapped.

What Is Your Refund And Returns Policy?

See the
terms and conditions section of this website. Our 100% money back guarantee is only valid for 12 months. We require the item to be returned to us before replacement or refund (with a note as to why and details of the original purchase) and we do not cover the shipping cost back to us. We will pay the freight to send the exchanged product back to you. You need to return products purchased through our retailers back through that retail store.


A retail catalogue will be available in 2012.

Are My Personal Details Kept Secure?

Do You Have A Minimum Order Amount?

No. You can spend as little or as much as you like.

How Do I Care For My La Bella Jewellery?

La Bella jewellery has been created from the finest materials and craftsmanship.
To maintain its durability, appearance and wearability, each piece of La Bella should be cared for using the following simple guidelines.

To clean your jewellery use a soft damp cloth or baby wipe to carefully wipe the piece clean.  Don’t immerse your jewellery in water (unless it is a Smart Mum or Chewable Jewel).

Never use strong detergents, or jewellery cleaner to clean La Bella jewellery. To protect against damage always put on jewellery after purfume or hairspray is applied and has thoroughly dried. Avoid wearing
jewellery when swimming in chlorinated or salt water, or when showering.

How Do I Attach A Break Away Clasp?

You can request the visual guide be sent to you by contacting info@labellaonline.com. Or... separate the two pieces of the clasp. Cut the end of the ribbon so that it will thread through, tie a knot where you want the necklace to sit (best to pop it over the head and check beforehand), and slip the clasp back over the knot. Cut the excess ribbon and then repeat for the other side. Make sure you have the correct ends facing each other to connect up before you cut the ribbon (just in case)!
